“We booked through a third party. We we checked in the desk clerk said the TV in our room only had two channels so she upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge and this hotel and the surrounding ones were booked up. She had to turn 2 different guests away while checking us in. Glad we booked when we did. The breakfast was awesome. Best biscuits and gravy I’ve had at a hotel buffet. The breakfast host was very friendly and asking guests if she could help them with anything. I highly recommend……

“This was an AWFUL experience. First, it should not be called a HOTEL when the room door opens up to the parking lot. But that was only the beginning... The front desk clerk was nice, but tried to charge me twice for the room. The room door did not seal properly, therefore the carpet in front of the door was soaking wet. The shade to the room window was broken. The pool was so incredibly cold that we could not swim in it. The hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been out of order……
