“The gentleman at the front counter at check-in was super nice and friendly! You could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in it…hard to find that quality these days, wish I could remember his name. Overall, the stay was as expected, but front desk clerk was 10 out of 10”

“Pool was closed. Needs updates. Our air conditioner was loud and didn't keep up so well. We had 6 rooms for our group. 2 of those rooms the air was loud and not working so good. Clean. But needs some updates.”

“The room was spotless clean! And hotel has ample parking spaces. Housekeeping was done daily… everyday fresh set of towels, and waste bins were emptied regularly with fresh liners plus beds were made up. Thanks a lot for being so receptive to our needs.”

“The breakfast consist of bagels, toast, cereal NO MILK.. AND coffee taste like it was yesterday Old.. the 1st room the bed spread had a big burn hole, and stained, smelled of smoke, so they gave us another room.. it was a little better, still out of date, the bathroom door had a hole, burn marks on tub, still smell of smoke, WE went and got Lysol and fabric freshener to mask the smell”

“The hotel was dirty, the room door did not close unless you used the bolt. Staff was rude when we asked about breakfast and no coffee. I’m surprised Expedia even has this hotel on their website!!!”

“Lobby was locked when I arrived. They don’t check anybody in after midnight. I rang the bell several time but nobody answered. Had to sleep in my car. I requested a refund. If I get it I’ll revise my review but otherwise this hotel is not for travelers who may roll into town after midnight. They’re in bed.”
