Every things was great with kind staffs and workers

This was our second stay at Swandor Topkapı. While we enjoyed our first visit more, we still had some positive experiences this year. Unfortunately, our room was not as comfortable as before, the beds could have been better, and the air conditioning was not working properly. We also felt that the customer relations team could have been friendlier and more attentive. We appreciated Efe Bey listening to our problems and trying to problem solve. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Hürrem Restaurant. Şükrü was an exceptional waiter who provided outstanding service. Sadabat had a pleasant personality. The music was wonderful and added to the pleasant atmosphere. We hope these areas can be improved, as the hotel has many great qualities and we would like to see it return to the high standard we experienced during our first visit.

A great vacation destination for families, lots to do, great meal services and a reasonable price

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich: · Zimmer: komfortabel, sauber, stilvoll · Küche: ausgezeichnete Qualität und Vielfalt · Mitarbeiter: stets freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell · Entertainment-Team: ein riesiges Dankeschön an Zahir und Aylin – sie haben mit ihrer Art meinen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht · Fitnesscenter: sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt Gerne möchte ich Ihnen auch einige Empfehlungen für Ihre weitere Optimierung mit auf den Weg geben, denn ich würde mich freuen, das Haus noch besser zu erleben: · Beach & Open Parties: Bitte führen Sie Beach- und Open-Air-Partys bereits ab Saisonbeginn (1. April) ein. · Disco / Abendunterhaltung: Die Disco sollte nicht nur aus 30 Minuten Show bestehen. Bitte setzen Sie auf interne Tänzer/Tänzerinnen oder laden Sie externe Acts ein, damit echte Partystimmung aufkommt. · Kinderbetreuung & Erwachsenenbereich: Ein isoliertes Kinderprogramm bis 21:30 Uhr wäre wünschenswert. Danach bitte kein Kinder-Eintritt mehr bei Erwachsenen-Shows und in der Disco. · A-la-carte-Restaurant (Sushi): Bitte ergänzen Sie ein Sushi-Restaurant mit Live Show Cooking – das wäre ein echtes Highlight. · Beach-Pflege: Der Sand am Strand sollte regelmäßig gesäubert werden. - Pediküre gab nicht - transport nach belek zentrum shuttle gab nicht nur vip or taxi sonst alles in ordnung
