Olympos Beach Tours

Overall, my stay was pleasant enough, but for a 5-star resort, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The staff were generally not very friendly or helpful, particularly at reception, where the service could have been much more welcoming and attentive. The room was quite dark, and the bathroom was extremely small. The shower water pressure was poor, and the hairdryer was ineffective, taking far too long to dry my hair. The single beds were also far too soft and sank when lying on them, making them uncomfortable. On a positive note, the dessert selection was amazing, both in variety and taste. The pier was absolutely beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the resort. I would also like to acknowledge the lovely lady who cleaned our room, as she was genuinely friendly and welcoming. While there were some enjoyable aspects of our stay, I expected better service, room comfort and overall attention to detail from a resort advertised as 5-star. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there is certainly room for improvement.

We had a fantastic holiday! The staff, food and drinks were all great! The only complaint we had was they don’t heat any pools at this time of year which is disappointing because the pools are lovely but were too cold to enjoy.

Everything was great! My mom loved it!
