“We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. “The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on?
The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). As a result, we just shook out the sheets outside and remade the bed. No mattress pad so the bed……

First, Deborah the owner and her husband were amazing! My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and Deborah made it an experience we won’t forget. We recommend staying at this bed and breakfast and would definitely come back again.
Deborah skillfully managed coordinating trips for us from snorkeling the reefs, visiting Mayan ruins, cave tubing and zip lining, and for me, was able to schedule……
