"This hotel was a little bit of a disappointment: from the pictures, it looks like it is right on the beach, but there is actually a big development between the hotel and the beach (the hotel is actually off a busy road). Also, unlike other hotels along the beach, there are no beach chairs and umbrellas set up. They have beach chairs you can check out, but you need to lug them yourself and there is no shade. The hotel itself is motel-like: clean and utilitarian with no frills. The room was a good size, though, and I liked that it had a small fridge, microwave, plates, cups, and cutlery. The air conditioning worked well, but they have it set so the lowest it will go is 72. Also, the room was noisy since it fronts a busy road, so you could hear traffic noise at night. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. "

"I enjoyed my stay so much at Hampton Inn, I did not want to leave. Every single staff member I encountered during my stay was so pleasant, warm, and accommodating. The amenities were useful such as the shuttle along Seven Mile Beach, GoPro rental, pool side samples, and daily breakfast. The hotel is located on the beach, and there was always towels and chairs available to guests. The food and drinks at Ms. Pipers restaurant was also amazing. The hotel and rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. I’m looking forward to returning to the island and Hampton Inn soon. "

"The offer of another room after check out was appreciated to bridge the gap between checkout at airport , but the denial of spa facilities such as a team room and sauna unless I ponied up for “services” was inexplicable given that i was paying £1500 per night! "

"I would definitely stay here again. Room was nice and had all that I needed. Only complain is the stoves should be changes because I couldn’t even get the oven to turn on. But besides that everything else was great. Easy to check in and they arranged a ride for me when I arrived and for my departure which I genuinely appreciate. The room was clean and so was the property. I enjoyed the cafe there and the healthy options. The beach was easy to access. Honestly I really have no complaints ( just the oven). "

"The Reef Resort was outstanding. The property was clean, and the customer service was exceptional. The grounds and pools were easy to access, making it simple to relax and enjoy every part of the resort. The beach felt like our backyard—just steps away—with a beautiful coastline that added to the peaceful atmosphere. There was great entertainment and delicious food throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing, enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend."
