Very comfortable
Myself and two others were in Cedar City for some training. We stayed in this home for the entire week. It was very comfortable and had plenty of space for us each to break off on our own to study but then also had great communal space. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant serene getaway
We enjoyed our stay here. The host was really helpful—he even shared his battery charger so we weren't stranded. The house had 5 TVs which were easy to use. The master shower was small, but the jetted tub wasn't. The kitchen was well furnished. The HVAC system was loud though.

Needed a place to stay for the weekend. This property was amazing. Shaun was very accommodating. I mentioned to him about checking in early. And he was very helpful. My family loved everything about this place. Was able to make some great memories with my family. Played pickle ball, basketball, hung out around the fire pit, shared some great stories, and even had some friendly competition at the fuseball table. Thank you Shawn and your family. Will definitely recommend this place 😊

It was our first time staying at a vrbo and it was phenomenal! We had everything that we needed, the house was super clean and a really nice neighborhood! And there was great communication with property management. I honestly felt like I was staying with loved ones or something. Just felt cozy and homey. So very different from a hotel room. Perfect Family Weekend
The process was very easy, hosts were helpful and generous. We had 8 adults and a toddler. Everything was well stocked, more than we needed. Extra snacks and cooking materials were best I’ve seen in a home. Home is in a quiet area, nice location, easy to get to where you need in the Cedar area. Overall fantastic, we plan to return when visiting the area and our children at SUU.

The house was big enough to spread out and relax. Our hosts were very hospitable.
The Hunt’s called us letting us know that they had someone there finishing up the cleaning from putting in a new furnace. Any time we had an issue, he was right there. He texted us asking if we needed anything. They even brought us homemade cinnamon rolls. They were divine. This is the most well equipped and the best rental we have experienced! We would strongly recommend this home!

Great experience
Needed a house short term until our long term house became available and Shaun's home was the perfect fit. Children enjoyed the court out back and the fireplace made for a relaxing environment to sit and chat. Overall would recommend anytime. Home is very clean and tidy and neighborhood is friendly.
