The property is in a state of disrepair. The paint is chipping everywhere, and there are greasy, dirty smudges on the doors, walls, and appliances. The carpet feels crunchy, and the entire place smells damp and musty with mildew.

The hotel was conveniently located for quick freeway access. The rooms were clean but need to be painted. Our bathroom door had several large spots were the paint was completely gone. It looked a little rundown.

I ended up not staying here. Somehow, for the first time ever, I booked this stay for the wrong dates. Doi on me, I know. I take full accountability that this was my mistake. Holiday Inn Express ended up charging me for a no show. (I was on another trip at this time) Between Expedia and me, we tried to get Holiday Inn to refund me and rebook for the correct dates. If this was a flat out no show I would get it. But I really did wanna rebook for the correct dates and stay here. I was told they would not refund me and that I would have to do a new booking for the correct dates and pay for that new stay as well. No way am I going to pay Holiday Inn twice just to stay with them. Again, I understand it was my mistake, but the fact they wouldn't even budge and work with me on rebooking just left a bad taste with me. They have lost me as a customer. I found a new option for my correct dates that I think will provide me and my fellow traveler a better overall experience.
