This spacious, two-level condo has a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains you'll never forget! After a day of activity, spend the night at the balcony while cooking dinner in your private grill, sit down, relax and enjoy the night sky full of stars. With two living rooms, everyone can watch a game or a movie, adults in the main living room and kids in the upper area for everyone's convenience. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the first-floor living room will let the sunlight in and everyone will be delighted enough to even take naps there! The master bedroom also features a one-of-a-kind jetted tub. This is great place for a family to spend a nice, quiet and have a memorable vacation with family and friends!

The condo is less than a mile of Brian Head Resort, which offers a wide range of outdoor activities to choose from, like skiing, snowboard, and country-skiing in winter, mountain biking, hiking, and ATV in summer. There is also a grocery store for your need and nearby dining options for a quick bite out. If you want to see the whole surrounding, go to Brian Head Peak Observation which is only five and a half miles away.

Great family friendly getaway
This place was great for us. It’s comfortable and spacious. The kids had a blast in the playroom. It was the right amount of private space and shared space. The 4 flights to walk up, is a good little haul with bags and supplies but the view from the great room was really nice once we made it up the stairs.

Kitchen appliances were not clean! Remotes didn’t work, no top sheet on beds. It was spacious and adequate. Hard to find the entrance at first and there are 5 flight of stairs. We had a good stay anyway!

The unit was spacious and the location is close to the ski resort. Going up to the unit was challenging but we were aware of this from the beginning however the stairs were covered with a lot if snow which was very slippery. Spoke with vacasa customer service personnel a couple of times with unpleasant experiences

This unit was very clean inside except the kitchen oven (dirty); elevator to 4th floor did not work. Stairs and landings were very dirty; I had to sweep them down. We will not stay here again.

We brought our family, 3 married children with their families, to enjoy each others company for a few days. This condo was a perfect fit for our family. As others have said...the stairs are a killer especially carrying small children, suitcases, and food but it worked out even though there were several complaints!

Great, Large Condo for Ski Vacation
This condo is large and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping left a ridiculously small amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs for twelve people over six nights; however, after a call to Vacasa (the corporate property manager), we were resupplied within a day. The three-stories of stairs from the car to the front door aren't ideal, but we knew what we were in for when we booked it. I would book this property again.

Very comfortable condo with plenty of room for a large party. Nice location and scenic views. Great open seating and kitchen area with large floor-to-ceiling two-story windows plus a good sized loft area with a large tv and comfortable seating. Condo is well stocked with everything you need. As long as you're ok climbing stairs (56 stairs to the front door) at almost 10,000 feet of elevation, it's a great place!

No late check out, but great property
We really loved this place! It had a nice mountain, ski, cabin feel, and beautiful views from the two-story windows! It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately Vacasa isn't doing late check-outs at all. That was frustrating since I knew the property was available for another 4 days after we left, and we would've paid. Lame! (But their reps were super nice)

Very nice condo, plenty of space for the ten of us, and plenty of room to hang, play games, or divide up into small groups for our own activities. The balcony's were very nice and the view was amazing!

Family friendly getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in brian head at this property which is conveniently located between navajo and giant steps. Very spacious and awesome mountain views. Made some lasting memories for all the little cousins. They loved the bunkbed room. Will stay here again on our next adventure to brian head.

Extended family getaway
It was wonderful to spend time as a family in this unit. It was spacious enough that we each had our space but the commons areas (living room, kitchen, loft, kitchen. Table) were big enough to accommodate us all. One down side for us was there was no AC (we realize at 9000 ft most of the year AC is not necessary. ). The loft bedrooms (3 bunk bedroom and 2 queen bedroom) were very warm and we had a hard time getting the air to circulate and it was too warm to comfortably sleep. We would return despite this but plan for different sleeping arrangements.

Beautiful Condo
The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. My family had a fun time. No elevator and 56 stairs to climb to get to the condo (plus 9700 ft. elevation), so those who are elderly most likely can’t stay here. I had to rent a different condo for my parents because they couldn’t climb the stairs.

Great Stay - please clarify the parking instructions
We stayed in this condo with a group of 6 adults and several kids. Overall it was great. There was space for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and there were enough dishes/pots/etc. for the basic cooking we did. It's a hike up the stairs, but we were aware of that before booking. The views were great. The kids especially loved the room with all the bean bags. Our main problem was figuring out the parking. The instructions had told us to park in either of the 2 designated spots or park on the street. When we arrived there were no marked spots - there's no parking lot, just garages with driveways in front. We could have parked in one of the driveways, but none of them were marked with numbers, and we didn't want to block another tenant's garage by mistake. We parked on the street, but when we got up to the condo there was an information sheet on the fridge stating you can't park overnight on the street. We tried to call the property management company to clarify, but were put on hold and told it would be an hour or longer waiting. My husband finally drove and asked at the town info center and figured out you can't park on the street overnight from November - May (we were there in June) for snow removal, so that didn't apply to us. We parked on the street and didn't have a problem, but it would be helpful if the parking instructions were clarified. Otherwise, great, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family gathering!
This condo was well-equipped with supplies/linen/towels. The layout was great for all the different families we had there--great space for kids too. Note: this property is on the 5th floor--lots of stairs up, but worth the workout.
