Please be courteous of your neighbors as this is an apartment building. You might hear a slight muffle of a tv.

Additionally, the outside of the property has 24/7 surveillance.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or on the patio. Smoking will result in a $250 charge and possible eviction. If you need to smoke please do so off the property.

This unit contains a smoke detector and NoiseAware device.

Although our apartment can sleep up to 8 guests, to keep prices as low as possible, we charge per guest. After the first 3 guests, each additional guest is only $10 a day.

Daughter’s Wedding
We came to town for to hold our daughters wedding. This apartment was excellent. We were close to town and the freeway. It was nice and quiet so we could rest from the long days. Plenty of room for our family. Tyler was great to work with. We had a small hiccup and he was able to fix it immediately.
