We stay at the Mod because of the location to the Corner and our daughters apartment. The location for us is very desirable. That said, you are in a college town; the train can be heard going by, the frats are close and you can hear music and the street out front can be noisey. We bring a sound machine to drown out the noise. The staff is literally the nicest and most helpful. We love the coffee, food truck (the breakfast tacos are the best I have ever tasted), and parking is easy in the garage located right across the street. The rooms are very spacious with a small kitchenette, fun record player and nice sized bathroom. The rooms are very clean, modern and have a cool vibe.

Very nice place, small, ideal for visiting the University. Cafe makes an excellent breakfast (included in room rate) but doesn't open til 8 and gets busy fast. You will be running if you have meetings at 9am. Room is nice but lacked a desk - more suited for leisure than work. Font door lock is flimsy (think those used for bathrooms in your house). Even though its very visible - right next to Main Street - and highly unlikely to be broken in, this always left me feeling a bit uneasy.
