Chalé lindo e tudo de muita qualidade, porém o serviço precisa melhorar muito. Os funcionários não existiam, apareciam deixavam o café e sumiam, tudo era por WhatsApp, eles tinham que falar com o dono, esperar a resposta para fazerem algo. Então eram no mínimo 40 minutos para qualquer providência.
Lá ainda está em construção, então foi um bate-bate por 3 dias.
Um problema sem resolução: o vaso sanitário estava vazando e exalando mau odor (parecia banheiro público) e se recusavam a limpar mais de uma vez ao dia (pq só estava incluso uma limpeza diária).
Por fim, não aparecia ninguém para checkout, quando apareceu ainda insinuaram que estaríamos levando as fronhas conosco. Fronhas as quais nunca nem haviam sido colocadas pela equipe.
O lugar é lindo, quem sabe após construído tudo e com uma equipe com mais experiência possa valer a pena.
