Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

Amazing Hotel with a amazing Service

Perfect for a holiday with your mates if you’re going out every night and just needing somewhere to sleep. Class location near a few top spots and easy access to transport to other areas. Nice clean room, easy check in and out staff were nice and friendly. Having a kfc right downstairs was nice after a night out. Seen a few reviews about it being loud but I thought it was very quiet and easy to get some sleep.

5 stars for location, and staff esp Katarina receptionist, breakfast, cleanliness Negative for management, hence giving average 3 stars. I was traveling solo, booked by room in June for Nov stay. For first night I was given a smaller room in unfinished section of hotel in building adjacent to main hotel, which is under construction. The heater in the room did not work. I called and receptionist confirmed that it is not working but was not disclosed to me when giving me the room. After my complain manager came to fix, mocked at me saying 'toughen up'. The heat was set to highest, but still room didn't warm overnight. I gave bad review on Expedia for hotel checkin. Next morning around 8am, receptionist called to say giving me different room. It was right next to her desk, in main hotel building, and big room that I had paid for. So beware when traveling alone, as they will try to squeeze you in tiny room even though you paid for a bigger room. Room had robe, slippers, bath gel, shampoo and lotion. No shower curtain so bathroom gets wet after taking shower. Have to climb over high tub walls to get inside the shower area. Management will try to add tip in the checkout bill. I don't like these sneaky practice. They should be only collecting tax, ask receptionist to remove the tip. Hotel is in nice location, but I can't see staying there again due to shady management.
