“check in this hotel twice in a week, first time, offered me a good room, which is bigger and comfortable even though small, but the clothes hanger was fading color to my white shirts and polo shirts....I was so desperate, because the two clothes was brand new.....and hotel took away my clothes and washed it and cleaned it up for me for free.”

“Der Standort mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, das war dann aber auch schon alles Positive. Umständliches Hin und Her beim Checkin im Restaurant "Momentum", Zimmer nicht sauber, aufgelistete Leistungen (Fernsehgerät, Haartrockner und WLan) gibt es nicht. Das WLanPasswort funktioniert nämlich nicht. Eine geschriebene Nachricht an den Vermieter blieb unbeantwortet. Sehr schade.”
