"This place is beautiful! Appears to be very new and well done. Cenote on the property was gorgeous and we were the only two in it when we went. Pool was lovely and clean. Forest was also really beautiful. Would definitely go out of our way to stay here again!"

"This is the most amazing experience and stay that I have ever had in my life! The hotel is family owned small boutique establishment in the middle of the jungle. Surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, the amazing cenote and the absolutely phenomenal hospitality of the owners! The cenote is breathtaking and worth visiting! I highly recommend to book a night or more in one of their 3 spacious rooms! This is how our stay was: upon booking we were communicating via WhatsApp - we got directions,...

"property is a distance from the center of town so you need to rely on taxi or a car. Yet the location is quiet. The property is 15 years old but looks new. Large rooms. However, they could improve with more bathroom amenities.

"This hotel is walking distance from main Plaza. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was on point. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean. My kids loved the pool. We will stay in this hotel gain if we come back to valladolid. "
"We loved our stay here. The hotel, is so peaceful, clean and beautifully traditional.
The food is delicious, very wholesome and made of natural ingredients to order.
All the staff were so helpful and work hard to please. However a big shout out to Noemi who has gone above and beyond her job to organise forgotten laundry to be returned to us. She has been so lovely and helpful. "
"Staff was super nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and set up very cute. Very spacious. Mexico culture felt throughout. Wifi available. You can ask for pool towels at the desk. There is a cute cafe separately owned out front that stayed open late. You can find a convenience store on the next block. You do have to use street parking or pay for a garage. Our family loved it. "
"This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and were not disappointed at all. Staff and food were excellent. The rooms are well design..
Location of the hotel is not in central however one can walk safety. "
"Quaint little hotel with a nice pool with large cabana with beds and hamacas to lay on. Lush garden surrounding the courtyard. Very clean hotel and friendly staff! "
"I stayed here with my family for three nights and all of us loved it for various reasons. The common areas and rooms are very clean with upgraded interior details such as ceiling fans in every room and the much needed AC unit, light filtering window shades, wooden doors, upscale toilet, sink and shower fixtures. We loved the pool, small and cozy but refreshing. But what stole our hearts was the breakfast which was included in the room rate!!! Amazingly, it is not just coffee and pastries but actual, delicious, homemade meals. We each had a different plate: chilaquiles, enchiladas, omelettes, waffles and fruit. It was sooo good!! That alone should convince you to stay here, but if you need more convincing, there is a cute resident turtle roaming around :-) The location is so central: 5 mins walking distance to the main plaza, the cenote Zaci and also to the calzada de Los frailes. Without question, we’d stay here again. I HIGHLY recommend this lovely boutique hotel."
"This family owned property was absolutely lovely!!! They cared for you as though you were one of their own. Breakfast made with love. Incredibly grateful for our stay!"
This is how our stay was: upon booking we were communicating via WhatsApp - we got directions, also we booked a dinner there. When we arrived we were greeted warmly, walked around the property, showed us our room and dinner was scheduled for an hour later. The menu is simple, but trust me it’s so delicious! We had a table set right near the Cenote with candle lights and music, listening to all kind of bird chirping and crickets singing! What an experience! After dinner we had a gathering around a fire pit and grilled some marshmallows. My older son wanted to swim in the cenote and he was allowed to do a night swim! In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and walked to taste the special honey from Mayan Melipona bees on the premises. The customer service is outstanding, the accommodations excellent and the experience like out of this world! Hands down this is the best stay I have ever had! "
"Great place to stay. It is quite a walk to the center but that did not bother us since we enjoying experiencing the city views. We felt safe, staff were very welcoming. Totally recommend it."
"I'm not sure how this place could have been better. I came on a solo bird watching trip, and it was a perfect base for exploring the Yucatan. I stayed in the glamping cabin, the bed was hard foam and very comfortable. The AC worked well. And there's a strong 4G cell service. The only possible downside is that the location is right next to a highway so you get a little bit of traffic noise. Other than that, it's hard to beat a hiking trail and a cenote right there on site."
"We had a room in the far back of the hotel with a small terrace and an outdoor bathing pool. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very quiet. Great air-conditioning. The hotel restaurant was amazing. Food was great and the staff-the best. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend the hotel. It is a short taxi ride into town."
"We stayed in a room that had its own rooftop jacuzzi. The room was great. Staff were incredibly helpful. The location was central. We would stay there again."
