Days Inn was an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, the furniture was stained, and nothing worked — not even the Wi‑Fi. I tried checking in at 5 PM and was told there were no clean sheets or towels available because the dryers were broken. Staff openly stated the owner knew about the issue but chose to take no action. The hotel was sold out due to Rock the Country, and they charged three times the normal price, yet delivered conditions far below basic standards. I couldn’t even take a shower before the concert. Breakfast was equally unacceptable: slices of plain white and wheat bread, no butter, no toaster, no danishes, and no milk for cereal. Calling it “breakfast” is misleading. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I am actively seeking a refund. Days Inn needs to choose franchise owners far more carefully — this location is an embarrassment to the brand.

I think the biggest issue is that they need more staff. There was one person doing breakfast and bless her heart she was running back and forth like crazy but had a very hard time keeping up. Our sink was super cracked! Like not just a little crack but like 5 major splits in it. I was almost afraid to use it. And the water never ever got hot. It was warm but not hot. My husband likes hot showers. I’m ok with warm, but it was barely warm. Also checkout is supposed to be 11, but they deactivated our keys at 10:30. Might have been earlier but that was when we noticed it. We were carrying luggage to our car and got locked out. I’m thankful I only paid $44 for this room. We had $61 one key cash. If I would have paid over $100 for this stay I would have been super unhappy!

The hotel is in a great location with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally helpful. It was a great place to stay.
