The views from this hotel were spectacular. The hotel amenities were great and the staff was super helpful. My only complaints are that there was no iron in the room, and that the balcony door can’t be opened from the outside, so we had to leave it slightly ajar, which meant mosquitoes made it into the room. The breakfast was excellent and the location was pretty good too. I would definitely go back.

As a single, female traveler this was an awful place to stay. The manager was insulting. Keep the shutters and windows closed at all times from staff and neighbors. Ironing was only allowed in the kitchen, but not during breakfast?? The view from the upper deck was beautiful but there are no umbrellas or shade only plastic chairs and ash trays. The rooms were very nice and clean. The elevator is shut off at night. I needed to leave at 5 am and was scolded for taking my suitcase down the steps. I left early and returned late the entire 6 days of my stay. My trip was a gift from my son and daughter in law which I appreciated very much. The rest of the trip was very nice and I found the people and other visitors very kind and accommodating.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Huge room, the rooftop setup is perfect with stunning views. Great location -- tons of food options right there.

Hotel was excellent. Great location, very clean and service was spectacular. You will not be disappointed staying as this hotel. We were looking for a smaller boutique hotel in close proximity to the center of town and this hotel was perfect. The gentlemen who handled the breakfast in the morning went above and beyond to make you feel special. Every breakfast was cooked to order and the coffee was brewed a cup at a time. Amazing. We will stay here again on our next trip to Capri. Cheers. Rob and Kayty.
