“Room was ok. Arrived, the AC was off and took sometime to get comfortable. Shampoo items in the shower were empty.”

“Everything was great. My only complaint was the noise coming from outside of our room. We were traveling late, and didn’t check in until 2am, hoping to be able to get as many hours of sleep as possible before the next day of travel. However, our room was located across the hall from the water closet, and the sound of that door repeatedly slamming awoke us at 8am. ”

“This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus, but if this stay is a reflection of other sites, it is not my last time! There were 10 of us in two rooms and we could have had more. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of options to sleep. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids had breakfast and it was a normal breakfast. The location was great. I plan to stay here again whenever we visit Alabama.”
