“Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was more convenient than tasty since there were no fresh eggs. There were hot pockets. Nice that there was a wine and wee reception Friday night for the Alabama football game the next day, Saturday Would stay here again for the great price and bring 22 minutes say from the University of Alabama. Staff were very nice!”

“No hot water first 2 days; when we finally got the maintenance person to check it out, we were told initially that the hotel was full and so only so much hot water, then we were told it was a faulty shower valve and then told we had to play and jiggle with it back and forth to get some warm to hot.
Stay was for 3 days; 2 days no housekeeping or towel refresh.
HVAC system was marginal, sometimes we got cooling and then adjusted and sometimes we get heating. I guess it was busy and so only so……
