"5-stars resort in the middle of West Tyan Shan mountains near large artificial lake. I stayed only one night but was pleasantly surprised by amenities (pool etc.) Very new, staff doing a lot and beyond. Surprisingly good chef in restaraunt- amazing desserts!
Excursions available-it seems that they are well connected with local drivers. Highly recommend."
"The only downsides is the throttling of electricity during the day (no ac, no sockets) because the hotel’s generators can’t handle the load and the inability to set the ac temp from your room when it is turned back on (it’s controlled centrally)."

"Novel Hotel is a relatively modern resort on the shores of Lake Issyk-kul. It's location is at the far end of the strip of resorts centered around Cholpon-Ata. There are only a few General stores around the local Village and no restaurants, so eating options are restricted to the resort itself. The hotel restaurant, next to the swimming pool, provides good standard of food at a relatively expensive price.
The big advantage of Novel is its frontage to a pleasant and private beach that although...
"Wow!! Staying at Burchmulla Resort was such a great experience. The property is beautiful, has amazing views of the mountains, and was so peaceful & relaxing. It’s a short drive from Tashkent & definitely worth the visit. The staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. This was my first time visiting Uzbekistan from America & I already can’t wait to visit again!"
"The apartment was pretty good, clean, bright, spacious. Can be used for a long stay as well as for business purposes.
Very nice view. I booked a garden view one.
Definitely going to consider it for my future trips."
"The hotel was great, the hosts were very helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we need. The room was in great condition with working A/C. The location was right next to the city beach which is great in the mornings."
"They say the apartment has a sleeping sofa. However, the length of the sofa was 150cm. They can’t advertise it for 4 adults. Communication with the company was extremely poor, slow to respond and did not talk English. Not happy, even though we got an apartment eventually that was okay. But we had to pay extra."
"The standards have declined noticeably since I first visited this hostel many years ago. It's in a great location near the bus station and park so it is always busy, mostly with tourists from China, but the standards have gone down too much.Firstly, the bean bags in the common area smell very bad and likely haven't been washed in a long time if at all. After midnight you find Chinese guests sleeping on them all night...and the mens bathrooms are really bad. The soap in the toilets disappears from Chinese tourists that remove it to shower with and the toilets themselves are always dirty, once again due to the toilet habits of the Chinese tourists. There are no hangars available which is simple to solve and the staff conduct a room check at 09-10am when check-out is at 12? The general common area is still bright and spacious and the WiFi is decent. There is also free drinking water and complimentary towels, slippers and soap. Laundry is a very reasonable 500 too, though once again without clean bathroom facilities, this location has lost its appeal for me."
"Our favorite hotel in Dushanbe! Really nice place to stay. The breakfast was amazing and I love that they have free coffee/drinks and deserts available until late night. The staff were really nice and helpful. Clean rooms and very pretty lobby. Great location! There’s a great Turkish restaurant right outside the hotel, would recommend dining there as well. Walking distance from main square and parks. 10/10 recommend staying here!"
"Great hotel for a family stay! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is brand new, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The location is perfect for exploring the area and traveling around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"
"Centrally located and all-around terrific, the Almaty Hotel was a great place to stay. The lobby is a bit underwhelming, but the room was very nice—clean, spacious, and comfy—and the breakfast bar (which even has a whole outdoor seating area) was absolutely stellar. Very nice hotel for a first-time-to-Almaty stay."
"Great location to explore Botanic Garden on foot and city easily assessible with Yangex Go (UBER). The roof top terrace is a beautiful location to enjoy a cocktail or traditional pot of tea with stunning views!
The meals and breakfast all good. Staff really helpful and friendly. Throughly enjoyed my stay. When I return to Almaty, I will stay again 😊"
"This Holiday Inn is located in modern Tashkent city, convenientlylocated near the pedestrian streets directly behind the hotel with restaurants, cafés, etc.
I do feel though, that it was overpriced for what you get"
"This property is perfectly located! Its walkable to the park and the mall and easy to get to by uber or Metro! The staff was amazing the room was very clean and smelled great!"
