"We had a great time , the hotel was extremely clean . Conveniently close to metro station although taxi is very cheap if you download the app (yandex) its even cheaper . The breakfast was amazing .
Every thing was excellent."
"We had an excellent experience at Safia Hotel. The hotel was brand new, and we were actually the first guests to stay in our room. Everything was completely new, unused, spotless, and very clean.
What made our stay especially memorable was the service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and caring. It honestly felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being a guest in a family home. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast...

"Novel Hotel is a relatively modern resort on the shores of Lake Issyk-kul. It's location is at the far end of the strip of resorts centered around Cholpon-Ata. There are only a few General stores around the local Village and no restaurants, so eating options are restricted to the resort itself. The hotel restaurant, next to the swimming pool, provides good standard of food at a relatively expensive price.
The big advantage of Novel is its frontage to a pleasant and private beach that although...
"Staffs are super friendly, food at the restaurant here is delicious. The room is clean and nice. Stunning view and great place for relaxing. Overall I really love it!!"
"The apartment was pretty good, clean, bright, spacious. Can be used for a long stay as well as for business purposes.
Very nice view. I booked a garden view one.
Definitely going to consider it for my future trips."
"The hotel was great, the hosts were very helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we need. The room was in great condition with working A/C. The location was right next to the city beach which is great in the mornings."
"We loved the hotel. Very good size, loved having a washing machine, and a separate bedroom. Great location with shopping, restaurants & many conveniences nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip."
"An ideal place to stay during a layover. Late-night check-in, a delicious breakfast featuring local treats, a clean rooms and gym, and friendly staff."
"Great, mid-upper-end place to stay in Tashkent. Centrally located, walkable to a number of locations and metro stops. Lots of food choices. Nice big, comfortable room. Solid pool area, good gym, big breakfast bar. Even a money exchange in the building. Felt like I got a lot for my money."
"The only complaint that I have is that the front desk staff should be more informative about the festivals and the events and the places to see in town. Everything else was excellent, but getting information was basically nonexistence.
Does that at the kitchen for breakfast were really professional, nice and helpful. The front desk staff were very helpful but they just didn’t have any information and the hotel itself was very very clean well maintained and we had a great time staying there."
"The concierge including Abdullah were helpful with making arrangements and addressing requests that I had. The property is well maintained and the location is very central. The rooftop restaurant Ember is one of the best restaurants in the city. The only issue is that the power in the room kept shutting off every couple of hours to conserve energy which was a little annoying."
"Hotel is really nice. It’s not in a prime locational f the city. You need to use a public transportation or taxi to get to the city center or major site seeing. Use the Yandex Go services there. Very reliable and cheap
The breakfast was excellent.
If you are a coffee guru -might be an issue, great tea choices.
Would really recommend it"
"The standards have declined noticeably since I first visited this hostel many years ago. It's in a great location near the bus station and park so it is always busy, mostly with tourists from China, but the standards have gone down too much.Firstly, the bean bags in the common area smell very bad and likely haven't been washed in a long time if at all. After midnight you find Chinese guests sleeping on them all night...and the mens bathrooms are really bad. The soap in the toilets disappears from Chinese tourists that remove it to shower with and the toilets themselves are always dirty, once again due to the toilet habits of the Chinese tourists. There are no hangars available which is simple to solve and the staff conduct a room check at 09-10am when check-out is at 12? The general common area is still bright and spacious and the WiFi is decent. There is also free drinking water and complimentary towels, slippers and soap. Laundry is a very reasonable 500 too, though once again without clean bathroom facilities, this location has lost its appeal for me."
