“Wonderful stay in Pacific Grove! The home is lovely and located on a quiet but very convenient street, walkable to shops, restaurants, the beach and charming parks. Easy 1.5 mile walk into Monterey. Very comfortable and charming. Parking space was a huge bonus!”

“The house is absolutely amazing! We had a group of 8 and we fit perfectly. We did all our own cooking and I can't say enough how amazing the kitchen was to work in, there is literally everything I could ever need in that kitchen. It was super organized and easy to clean up afterword too.The beds are comfortable and the deck is the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. My teenager loved the game room/loft area and claimed it as his own area which was really nice for him to have……

“The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE……

“This property is so perfectly aesthetic it’s like living in a decor magazine but still functional- things actually work and are comfortable as well as looking nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s a calm place to relax but a short walk to the downtown area for dining, wine tasting, etc. Pauline was also very responsive, we asked for a replacement propane tank for the grill and she brought it the same day!For pet owners- the yard is not fenced in so a long leash was helpful to let the dog……

“When we arrived at Vista House after a long day we were warmly welcome by the kind and worldly Host and his adorable Golden Retrievers Cider and Bourbon. “This was the most incredible vacation home we’ve stayed in! The ocean views were outstanding. Huge wall to wall windows in the kitchen, living room and family room. Views extended to the bedrooms. Two master bedrooms with huge deep soaking tubs. The house is at the end of a long private road so property is quiet and hidden away from everything. Beautiful tall trees on the property. Beautiful short drive to downtown Carmel. Communication with owners was excellent. Five stars!”
