“Todd’s place is the best place to stay in Clovis. Location perfect, any shops, food or entertainment is all within minutes away. Todd himself is a great host. Any communication, he responds right away. The house itself is cozy and comfy for a family and the kitchen has everything you’re looking for. The place is clean and smells good too. Even has a PAC Man arcade game for the little ones that I enjoyed myself. This was my third time staying here and I will be back again”

I was expecting clean towels every day and never asked if needed. I never saw the cleaning staff. I was expecting some kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well, but nothing. “The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to……
