Great resort to bring your family. Have gone there. I’m planning on going again next year.

Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because other restaurants were closed.

Difficult to get a lounger on the beach despite the hotels claimed policy to stop people reserving them with towels and leaving them empty

Great hotel with good food, nice rooms and nice pool. I recommend all inclusive for drinks at the pool. The barman is nice and makes drinks to order (strong, weak, sweet). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They are cleaned daily. Beware that only about half the rooms are renovated. Check the pictures before booking. You will get a room from the picture. The hotel is honest. There are plenty of activities for adults but not so much for children. They have an awesome Greek night. The staff is a bit cold. They aren't rude but they don't try to remember you either. There is a lot of young staff working the summer holiday. The only staff who scared me was the manager or owner older lady. She doesn't talk much but gives dirty looks for kids being loud and childish. Other than her, the rest of the staff is OK. The pool is clean and good size with a lifeguard. The rules are enforced with no jumping or playing around the pool. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back.
