Fabulous hotel with absolutely wonderful staff. Guest relations are brilliant at helping with taxi reservations, horse riding bookings to recommending places to eat in the 2 two towns a 15 mins away by taxi either side of the hotel. Hotel and area is very quiet. Would recommend car hire as there are only 2 walkable tavernas nearby one 5 mins and one about 15 mins away for a change of scenery. Food at the hotel is exquisite. Access to private beach and crystal clear waters just done some steps. WiFi access great Super comfy beds There's no poolside entertainment or blaring music or sun lounger hogging. Would he highly recommend for a relaxing wholesome break.

Very helpful stuff , great location , great amenities . Would love to see continuing investments towards this property as its history is long and it deserves to be on the top list every time.

From the moment we arrived at Domes Noruz Kassandra, we knew we had stepped into something extraordinary. The Atmosphere The adults-only vibe creates an intimate, chic, and serene setting. The design is contemporary yet warm, blending seamlessly with the natural beauty of the coastline. The Service What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They manage to anticipate your needs before you even realise them yourself. Every dish felt like a celebration of Greek flavors with a modern twist – fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the elegant breakfast spread, beachside cocktails, or fine dining in the evening, each meal was unforgettable. The Beach & Pool The private beach is stunning, with crystal-clear waters and luxurious loungers that invite you to spend endless hours under the sun. The pool area is equally perfect – chic, vibrant, and with the perfect mix of energy and relaxation.

The property overall was beautiful and the pools were nice and clean. I liked the room they gave us and the view was pretty. However the property had some issues. The main one was that the lights kept going out on the second day of our stay. They had to use the electric generator which happened to be across our room and was very loud and annoying. As a result the was no A/C that night. The issue persisted the following morning. A staff member said that it must have been an electrical issue in the property but it wasn’t confirmed if that was the case or was an outage in the area. Regardless, it negatively affected our short stay there. Another issue was the shortage of towels in the morning where we had to wait for more to be delivered around noon time. That’s unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was ok with a variety of options but nothing special. On a positive note the pools were not crowded at all and the were always enough sunbeds available through the day. The elevator to the beach was a nice convenience too. I would have liked if they had more events during the weekdays as well. Overallg our experience was decent but we would have hoped it to be better since it’s considered a 5 star hotel.

Excelsior was a beautifully renovated property with a lovely welcome and excellent service.
