"The AC vent &/or bed was not laid out or properly thought of. The vent was directly to one side of the room, air flow hit the wall across and to the person sleeping below & across. My hair flowing as like a hair commercial. If it was turned up to decrease the flow the rest of the room got hot but turning it down made that person sleeping facing the vent terribly cold. Yes, covering oneself from head to toe was the solution but very uncomfortable."

"A little pricy but you get what you pay for. Felt very safe. I literally saw a law enforcement patrol vehicle drive the area every 30 minutes while I was there. Best part of my experience was definitely the receptionists. Those gentlemen did a fantastic job. They were very professional and courteous, above all answered all my questions accordingly even if it was not related to the hotel. Bravo gentlemen. You’ve earned my respect and I’ll be returning back to this hotel in the future. "
