Floors in the dining area were exposed concrete, unfinished look and the ceilings showed the ducts and piping painted black. "We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading. "
