Additionally, all of the staff (expecially Leo the concierge) made us feel welcomed and were warm and friendly. Our stay at Sofitel Xian was a delight and an unexpected highlight of our 4 night stay in the city."

"The fireworks light up the place nightly as it is the Chinese New Year period. Breakfast was rather simple and not that lavish compared to other 5 stars hotel. Check out was rather messy even though there were less than 5 people but the Chinese just jumped the queue without a blink and the counter staff don't bothered at all. Managed to pass my key cards to a lady relationship staff Ms Ming and informed her about the non culture action."

"The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. Hotel is located in the city centre, which makes traveling super convenient. The staff at the concierge even gave us a cute handdrawn map for tourist attractions and local food.
