Cottage stay
First, I will own that I made the reservation a day in advance of arriving. The cottage is nice and remodeled. Unfortunately, there were just a number of things not working that needed attention or advertised that could not be used. The property owner was relatively responsive, but some things could not be addressed while we were there. Some additions that would make the stay nicer - microwave, better instructions for the cottage (TV was challenging), working lights/lightbulbs, garbage disposal, warm pool (it was freezing), more kitchen gear (towels, wash cloths, mixing bowls), sweeping (lots of dead bugs on the floor). I think the cottage, with a bit more attention could be nicer for the price. We did have a good time and enjoyed the Fry Farm just a bit down the road. So we appreciated the time away, but felt we paid too much for what we received.
