8.4/10 Very Good! (434 reviews)
Front desk staff just verbally told us where our room was, a map either given to us or at the desk to show us would have been helpful. Rooms was spacious and clean. Pool and Spa were nice and maintained. Breakfast was available daily from 6am to 9:30 am. And the staff from the breakfast room did a great job. My bed had a "trough" that was slightly annoying but didn't bother my sleep. Rooms were quiet.

First thing I noticed was that the bathroom door was swung open against the sink (which is outside the bathroom) but there were no light / fan switches for the bathroom to be found inside. Turns out they are above the sink, meaning one has to shut the bathroom door to access the switches, which is pretty annoying, especially at night. There was no soap, so washing hands had to rely on just water. The fridge was not clean; there was even an old yoghurt sitting in it. Glad I didn't need one. Aside from that the bed was of good quality and I slept well. Instead of the AC / fan I just opened the window, which was possible because the break-in prevention stoppers had been unscrewed. But - at least that way I got some fresh air into the room :-)
