First of all got there and it was a lady with a black guy work in the front desk who had to check 15 different rooms and have a kid go run and check to see if someone was in our room or if the room was clean even though this was booked two weeks in advance. After 15 rooms, he finally found one that was unoccupied and said it was clean. The entryway is to the room were filled with stinky trash and there was trash all over outside. When we got to the room, looked like someone kicked the door and it was still open, and the frame was damaged. The beds were made, but the bedding was dirty. The bathroom had not been clean. There was pubic hair all over the shower and on the floor black mold all over the curtain and the bathtub. The mirror hadn’t been clean and who knows how long it had been covered from top to bottom with filth was supposed to stay two nights, but checked out the next morning and told them that I wanted refunded for both that night and the second night we weren’t gonna stay

When I checked in, I got to my room and the door was broken. It would not close properly and I was not able to lock the room door. Also the toilet was not bolted down. The building smells bad and the carpets in the common areas were stained terribly. I was able to switch rooms, but the door on the replacement room didn’t close properly either, but at least I could lock it. This was not a nice place, it smelled bad, the room doors were broken and the carpets were gross.
