“Great stay. Would stay again. My only “something to improve” comment would be not to park the hotel vehicle in the front entrance canopy as it takes up space where guests could be loading/unloading. We felt like we could not unload there and block others from doing the same by blocking a lane. We had 2 small kids and associated gear to unload so would be nice to do that at the front entrance. I appreciate staff wearing a name tag and I did not see that on the person who checked me in.”

“We were first assigned to a room that was awful. The tv didn't function properly, the air conditioner sounded like a freight train, and there were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I asked to be moved to another room and the clerk moved us to a better room. The clerk was ok with the move, but she was not apologetic or concerned. I just wish the folks that greet us at motels would show some enthusiasm and friendliness.”

“The units are being remodeled, so don’t be fooled by the pictures online. The doors to the rooms on our floor were a disaster. At some point the lock assembly was updated, and instead of replacing the entire door and assembly at the same time, the original assembly was cut out and the new assembly retrofit to the door.
