It serves its purpose, but the rooms lack privacy, while the beds have curtains, the dorms themselves are open. The bathrooms weren’t always clean, and during my stay there was no paper available to dry hands. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and I really appreciated how well-organized and enjoyable their activities are (salsa and bachata classes, nature tours, etc.). The facilities are consistently clean, including the bathrooms, and rooms are cleaned daily along with the beds. Extra points for having……

“The staff was friendly and attentive. The chef was amazing loved the breakfast. Felt like 5star service! The pool and hammock were nice and well kept. We had a private room, it was a little dated, didn't have a fridge or microwave but it was good for the price we paid and clean. Loved the vibes here!! ”

“The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. ”

“The room had the absolute minimum of amenities and the staff would not provide anymore as requested. The bathroom tile work was long over due for replacement and there was a long hole in the wall below the air conditioner. There was no parking and no sign to indicate where the hostel was located. We decided not to stay and the staff and manager refused to refund any portion of the charged 5 day cost. I would recomment avoiding this property completely!”
