Central Valley Pet-friendly Vacations

The property was great! I would have wished for a bathroom that was a bit more upgraded, as we had upgraded our stay. The staff from start to finish was excellent and helpful!

I recently I recently stayed at Hotel Presidente for 3 days. On our second day here, my partner and I left our room for about 45 minutes to have breakfast downstairs. I had left my engagement earrings on the bathroom counter. When we returned, after our room had been cleaned, the earrings were missing. We immediately asked the cleaning staff if they had seen them, thoroughly searched the room and our belongings, and reported the missing earrings to the front desk three times that day. Management has never reached out to us throughout this time, it was always us. The following morning, we spoke with the supervisor of the two cleaning ladies. During our conversation, she accused us of lying and stated that we had reported a necklace was missing instead of earrings. I had consistently reported that it was a pair of earrings, and my partner had also communicated this clearly to the cleaning staff in Spanish. We literally had to file a police report a couple hours before our flight home. We also discovered that my partner’s glasses were missing when we got back home. Both items were in our possession before our stay and were missing afterward. I highly would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
