Very attentive and faintly staff! The location is great, just a 1/2 block off avenue paulista so a little quieter but convenient to everything. The finishes are really nice and there are nice little extra touches upon arrival and evening turn down. Highly recommend!

It was a convenient location to access life downtown during the daylight hours but after dark there were warnings from hotel staff and nearby police to be careful walking around.

No luxury, but lots of strengths: Good bed, pillow, shower. 24 room service with full menu, and without service fee. Good internet speed. Excellent staff.
Highly recommend.

I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there.

Hotel VN Consolação combines apartments for full-time tenants and hotel rooms for transients. I spent 10 nights there and paid a super-cheap price per night. Once I got past a frustrating check-in, I found the hotel staff to be quite pleasant, and I was happy there. My room contained a partial kitchen and queen-size bed; I loved the convenience of a better-than-average hotel gym that's always open and app-operated washers and dryers. I would describe the neighborhood as second-world, gray and...

Buena ubicación, habitación bonita y limpia, excelente atención del personal. Recomendación: las habitaciones deberían tener plancha, es molesto que cada vez que hay que planchar hay que ir a un área que es para esto, se pierde tiempo y hay que vestirse dos veces
