WOW! What a historic and tastefully restored gem!! From the gleaming, original 1920's hardwood floors to the intricate wood trim and fixtures this home has three wonderful bedrooms complete with a master ensuite bath with jetted tub. The main level also features a guest bedroom and full bath. Need an extra bed? No problem-the couch has a full pull-out bed! The kitchen feels modern and spacious without sacrificing its historic allure. Pots, pans, silverware and seasonings are provided for you in the kitchen, no need to bring a thing! A large upper level has a guest bedroom. You'll enjoy the wrap-around porch that takes advantage of the sizable corner lot. The home sits across the road from the Centralia Public Library, steps away from the Centralia Historical Museum and just a few blocks from the historic downtown. Centralia boasts multiple restaurants, a grocery store, and hosts several festivals each year. Just a short drive from the university town of Columbia (home of the University of Missouri, Stephens College and Columbia College). Amazing!
This property is great for family! It’s located just across from the library and the pool and park is just down the street a few blocks. Check in is super easy with a keyless entry. The beds seem new and firm but have a little give. Amazing pillows and blankets. The air conditioning works great! And had plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out and have our own space and time! The Kitchen is well stocked. Had lots of left over spices and oil if needed. Coffee maker works wonderful! We had such a pleasant time. Thank you Betty!

We had a great weekend hanging out with our family. The house was so cute and perfect for our stay!! We loved the feel of the house and how it was decorated. Beautiful home with a great history
My daughter just graduated from University of Missouri. I was shocked to find out that Mr Rollins was one of its founding fathers. Our stay could not have been any better. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were endless. We also loved the Chance gardens just across the street. Thank-you for the great memories made.

Would book again!!
Our armored combat team stayed at this location when we were performing at Central Missouri Ren Fair. We arrived and all the lights and radio were on for us to greet us. It was a bit alarming because those who arrived first were worried that they had entered a space that was being occupied. The beds were more firm than some of our people liked, but I personally enjoy a firmer mattress. After the fair, we slugged back to the Rollins Inn and enjoyed using the kitchen to cook dinner for all of us. There were spices available which made our dinner even better. Since our fighters had fought so hard, we used the jacuzzi tub to relaxing our aching muscles. Once relaxed, we played card games and such that were available at the stay. The Rollins Inn is a great location for any friends or family who would love to spend time enjoying each other company. We are even considering booking another stay for a “couples retreat” to escape the busy of our lives.

Adorable home
Just the perfect place to hang out with family while visiting more family in town. The house was decorated for Christmas and super quaint. Lots of amenities made us feel right at home. The beds were pretty firm and not comfortable that was the only downside.

Beautifully restored and maintained home!
Ms. Betty has done an amazing job preserving and maintaining the 100 year old home. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to meet her as we arrived a little early and she was decorating the lawn for the holidays. Check in/out was seamless and she was also willing to work with our schedule and allow us a little extra time on the final day in the event we would have needed it. This was a guys’ trip that conveniently coincided with hunting season, but even us men still appreciated the decorations. Unlike some other short term rentals I have stayed, Ms. Betty provided plenty of basics, such as paper towels, TP, seasonings, a few drinks, etc. I later learned that the owner and I share a mutual friend, and this friend stated that she is an all-around amazing individual who is willing to help anyone at any time. We look forward to hopefully returning next year and will absolutely look to book this property again.

The Rollin’s house was really nice. It had a real comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very inviting. We played cards on the wrap around porch while drinking our complimentary wine! It was within walking distance to the town square where we enjoyed a great car show.
