O Wish Serrano piorou muito após nossa última estadia, infelizmente. Começou mal já no check in, por termos que pedir para ir diretamente ao nosso quarto após uma viagem cansativa, pois nos tentaram levar antes para uma sala perto da recepção, não sei muito bem para que. Em 4 dias de estadia, apenas uma das vezes voltamos do passeio e encontramos o quarto já limpo, mesmo saindo pela manhã e deixando a plaquinha para limpeza. Um dos dias nos pediram para sair para limpar o quarto e no outro dia simplesmente não limparam. Móveis com cupim (pó do cupim não foi limpo nos 4 dias de estadia) e banheiro com goteira. Para finalizar, TV não aceita streaming e também não pega todos os canais.

Breakfast was great, food and staff! Spa was messy, lots of dirty towels everywhere. Had dinner in the secondary restaurant in the hotel, food and service were not close to what you'd expect form a place like Casa da Montanha. Restaurant staff was not friendly at all.
