“Stayed 14 nights in this lovely apartment-hotel. Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance. Also, unbeatable price. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, though I wish the shower curtain could have been a bit longer. The staff are very hospitable and gracious. “Clean room, friendly staffs, close to metro, quiet at night, breakfast is nice especially coffee(but need more veriety), uber cost 10's to 20's euro from popular places. I will stay next visit. ”

“it is nice environment with quite big room space and kitchen. a bit far away from the metro station. unfortunately, when we check in and get the key, we found that the room hasn't CLEAN UP!! the bedroom is in a mess! so, we complained to the staff. they fixed the problem when we returned at night. secondly, the room has no air conditioner. in summer, it's very hot, about 32-34C and difficult to sleep. generally, the appartment has good equipments like fridge, shower room.”

“優點 - 距離地鐵一和八號線都很近，且到多數景點都只需要轉一次車 飯店附近有多家超市(家樂福、Monoprix、Franpix、Picard、Lidl)，補貨非常方便 前台人員友善 房間內的廚房設備非常完善，各種鍋盤刀叉開瓶器都有，亦有微波爐 附設吹風機，而且風很強，可以很快吹乾頭髮 浴室附有沐浴洗髮二合一劑，方便好用 治安Ok，甚至因看秀半夜一點回家也沒遇上壞事，但是還是小心為上 缺點 - 住宿期間不會更換毛巾或清潔房間，自己要維持好整潔 附近沒有好吃的麵包店有點可惜（一號地鐵街角那間粉紅色的不好吃） Reuilly diderot出站處”

“房東態度很不好!!! 我們在退房時，房東有檢查房間，並未告知我們房間很髒亂要扣押金，回國後看到帳單才發現扣了我們€200，期間都無任何的通知。 之後我們問房東也只回覆因為房間弄的很髒亂，根據清潔人員的評估需多花2-3小時整理.我們一頭霧水, 因為我們並沒有用的很髒。所以再次詢問他是否說是哪一部份很髒並請提供照片說明，假設如同房東所說的情形，這筆清潔費，我們該付就會付，結果房東就已讀不回。 姑且不論入住當日他態度就不太友善，不給任何具體說明，只憑清潔人員認為就扣押金，這種行為也太不合理了。我們在2年前也入住過，當時房東也都沒這些狀況，不知道為何這次會這樣。感覺非常差勁！！”

“The apartment was perfect! Great location to Metro, great local grocery store (La Grande Épicerie Paris), walkable to many sites, and local farmers market most days. While this was expensive, the apartment was great. We cooked some nights and every breakfast. Had washer/dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen was stocked well enough. My wife got sick so I slept on fold out couch in living room which was good enough (no sore back in the morning). We will return again!”
