The no-reception idea is cool, but this means guests are not taken cared instantaneously upon arrival, leaving them (alone) outside in the street with uncertainty of their own safety. I was let in by a kind person to the front common area, so I could complete my check-in in a safer place at night. The check-in agent did not respond to messages promptly. I think the property should actively follow up the status of guests and help them to get the access codes sooner, so they can arrive at the property readily. Another thing is that they are not foreigner friendly in terms of payment. They only accept local ways of payment and does not accept foreign cards. They also assume that you have enough and proper change to pay the exact amount for stuff like soaps, which they didn't provide in the room.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I liked the amenities and location. The beach allowed for a walk for hours without the crowds.

Kind staff including receptionist, chef of restaurant and room service.

Estadia excelente. Quarto maravilhoso. Mas a psicina privativa poderia ser aquecida, especialmente nessa época do ano que chove em Natal.
