Outdated hotel, used to be 4+ stars. Today, after reopening without any significant improvements of rooms, this is 3 stars max. Sorry guys, your energy and smile is not enough for the 4. Really hope that you can find some investments funds to ugrade the rooms. Location though is perfect.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Balance di Milano Marittima per 3 notti in coppia e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Fin dall'arrivo siamo rimasti colpiti dal giardino e dalla hall, entrambi molto curati ed eleganti. La camera era moderna, spaziosa, con un piccolo balcone e vista mare laterale. Letto comodo e ottimo spazio per riporre gli effetti personali. La pulizia era buona, anche se il pavimento avrebbe potuto essere curato con maggiore attenzione. Il vero punto di forza dell'hotel è il personale. Reception sempre gentile e disponibile, Katia in sala colazioni molto professionale e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, la signora delle pulizie sempre sorridente e pronta ad aiutare, e Cristian in piscina, davvero impeccabile per disponibilità e attenzione verso i clienti. La colazione è ricca e con un ottimo caffè e cappuccino. Unico limite la scarsa scelta per vegetariani e l'assenza di proposte vegane. Dopo una nostra segnalazione relativa alla contaminazione incrociata, il problema è stato risolto immediatamente. La piscina è piacevole e ben gestita. Molto apprezzata anche la convenzione con il chiringuito della spiaggia e con il servizio ombrelloni. L'unica vera nota negativa riguarda la ristorazione durante il giorno: non erano disponibili pranzi o snack come toast e panini, nonostante siano indicati sul sito. Sarebbe inoltre utile una maggiore attenzione alle esigenze di clienti vegetariani e vegani. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tornerei
