Les Gîtes de La Croix Liaud welcomes you to a charming, characterful building that has been restored and modernized. The pool, garden, and recreation room (pool table, ping-pong, foosball), all open to guests, are sure to help you unwind and relax.
The variety of nearby activities (Puy du Fou, the ocean, the Marais Poitevin, bungee jumping, the zoo, the forest, and an amusement park) will appeal to everyone.
This studio for 2 people is part of a complex of 3 independent vacation rentals that can accommodate up to 13 people.

• The studio, located on the first floor, includes:
– A living area with a sleeping area (a full double bed, 160×200).
– A separate, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
– A bathroom with a multi-jet shower and toilet.

The stone walls and the chic, cozy atmosphere give the entire room its unique charm.

• Guest access
The La Croix Liaud vacation rentals are located 5 minutes from Vouvan and less than 7 minutes from La Châtaigneraie
The nearest shops are in La Châtaigneraie: small shops, restaurants, Intermarché, Hyper U, Lidl, or in Vouvant: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.

The property is located in the countryside near hiking trails (GR de Mélusine, etc.).

A parking area is available on the property grounds.

Upon arrival, you’ll find everything you need to get started:
- dish towels, sponge, dish soap, cleaning supplies
- spices, oils, vinegar, paper towels,
- toilet paper
- hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel
The kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee maker (filter) and a “Dolce Gusto” pod coffee maker
 
The nearest shops are located in La Chataigneraie (7 km): small shops, restaurants, Intermarché, Hyper U, Lidl; or in Vouvant (5 km): bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.
 
Upon request, we can provide you every morning with pastries (croissants and pain au chocolat) and artisanal baguettes.
The products are handmade using French ingredients, sourced from a professional bakery, and baked on-site. Orders for specific products and quantities must be placed no later than 6:00 PM the day before.

Our personal residence is adjacent to the vacation rentals. We are available to answer any questions or address any issues that may arise.

The vacation rentals have direct access to the parking lot and feature a private terrace with a barbecue.
