“The venue looks beautiful visually you think it’s the place to visit, if you are late visitor, you know flying into Manchester and in need of food after 9pm then don’t expect anything, no room service which I found
a little odd given the size of the hotel, no food availabe in house until the morning but they tell you that you can get Deliveroo…. or you can drive and find a restaurant.
Very poor..
You leave the next day and the front desk doesn’t even say thank you, they just take your money”
