Great and clean facilities and a convenient location.
Lovely staff and service.
Food was too pricey for the choices. A buffet option at either of their restaurants would have been a nice addition.
On the second day of stay we missed on the room cleaning service. There was an evacuation drill which messed up the schedule. When we came back the lady was at the room next to our. We left again for a couple of hours to allow her time to clear but when we came back she still hadn’t gotten around it.
Also the self park was a pain as we had to get the parking ticket swapped for the paper QR code ticket every time we left facilities. A bit of walking between the rooms and 3 lifts to get to the reception and then to the car park.
Overall, decent but probably wouldn’t stay there again unless there is a specific event we are attending at their premises. The price was comparable to other 4-5 star hotels in CBD and near by.
