Amazing hotel. Quite secluded but close to shopping within walking distance and close enough to other areas on a bike which they also rent and make very easy for you. The staff was amazing! I will definitely come back. The only slight downfall is that the Pa lai beach isn’t very beachy or swimmable, so you will need to travel to other ones.

terrible. terrible. terrible. the water stopped working while we was there and we had to wait at least 2 and a half hours to get any water running in the room. however when the water came back on it was brown. disgusting. they half clean your room, they don’t give you proper face and body towels, we had to use pool towels to dry off from shower and they are stingy about giving you more than 1 per day. i would never stay there again and i wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay there!!

Ok stay

The room definitely looks nicer in the picture than actual. Pool was a bit cold and not super practical. Mattress was very soft and springy. Breakfast options was ok. Overall stay was pleasant but did not quite meet expectations

It isn’t near anything fun. There is no view from the units. Definitely not handicap assessor to get in the pool in my room anyway.
