“The views from our duplex were great and the room itself was fairly cozy for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. However, the staff behaved unprofessionally from the get go. For instance, once we got there, the person at the reception tells me I have a booking with code EP3 and asked me to explain what it was. I was a little flustered and mentioned how I just booked through Expedia and shouldn't they know the internal codes. He somehow makes it sound like I made some error and need to explain……
