Nordic bath for 6-8 people available for an additional €80. Come and recharge your batteries in this peaceful, charming, fully renovated 5-bedroom cottage, located 10 minutes from Le Mans and 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. The house: Ground floor: \- 1 large family dining room with a large flat-screen TV \- 1 small separate living room with a large corner sofa and TV. \- 1 large, fully equipped kitchen. \- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and its own bathroom (shower and sink). \- 1 separate bathroom (shower and sink). \- Separate WC with washbasin. \- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: \- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm) \- 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm) \- 2 adjoining bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140cm), the second with a single bed (90cm) \- Separate WC \- 1 large bathroom with bathtub. Children's play area on the landing. Come and unpack your bags in this fully equipped cottage, perfect for families or groups of friends.
