This hotel was so beautiful, we had an amazing time. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, they even got us breakfast to go one morning when we had to leave early. Location is awesome. 100% recommend this place.

A perfect example: we had a very early 6 AM flight, and without any fuss, they prepared us a generous breakfast to go, packed with pastries, sandwiches, and drinks. That kind of thoughtfulness really made a difference and showed how much they care about their guests. The team is warm, friendly, and consistently delivered 5-star service throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the location is ideal — just steps from a great selection of restaurants. Highly recommend Azade Chania to anyone visiting Chania. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed 4 nights at the Azade Chania and loved it. The hotel isn’t the easiest to get to with luggage but it is in a good, quiet location in Old Town. Our room was beautiful and had a lovely view of the harbor. It had everything we needed and more. The staff bent over backwards to take great care of my wife and I. They helped us with advice, packed us take away lunches, were friendly, funny and charming. Santos, Eve and Artemis, thank you. We loved our visit.

Our stay at Azade Hotel in Crete was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay, and their kindness and hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, relaxing, and welcoming. You can tell the hotel takes great pride in providing a high standard of comfort and care for their guests. What stood out the most was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made our vacation even more special. I would highly recommend Azade Hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would gladly stay there again!

Amazing staff and cleanliness. I loved how eco-friendly everything was and if you need any assistance or just to have a conversation, this is the place to stay. Breakfast being included was a bonus and you’re in the heart of Chania old town, which is very walkable and lovely to explore.
