In the house there are two bedrooms, one of them have a double-size bed and a single bed, and the other one two single beds. Both of them have wardrobe. Also have a WC with a shower and a bathroom with bathtub. Also you can find a washing-machine. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a sofa-bed.There is a comfort living room, with a dining table for 6-8 people.
The distance from Chania-center is only 9 km . The little town of Kounoupidiana is located 2 km away, where you can find doctors, pharmacies, super markets, shops, caffeterias, traditional restaurants and fast-foods. At 100 m from the house there is a mini-market and a park with a children's playground. The bus stop from Kampani to Chania is near by and it is lokated only 100 m away from the house.

Little further there are Loutraki, Marathi, Agios Onoufrios, Stavros, Tersanas and Seitan Limania, beaches. At Akrotiri peninsula you can also enjoy the beautiful Cretan nature,by hiking the area arround. Also you can visit the historical Venetian-orthodox monasteries of Agia Triada of Tzagarolon and Gouverneto, which, there are only a few minutes by car and an important destination, for those who are intrested in local historical places, local architecture and woderful Byzantine Iconing.
