“Sehr gutes Hotel mit hauseigenem Thermalbad. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, lediglich unsere Balkonschiebetür hatte einen defekte Griff. Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir es nicht gebucht hatten. Das Thermalbad kann zu einem vergünstigten Tarif als 2 oder 3 Stunden-Option gebucht werden, wobei zu beachten ist, dass man eine „spezielle“ Badehose braucht. “We had a very pleasant stay at the Chaelt in Raon L`etape. The house is big enough to host 10 guests. There are two freshly renovated bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped and the Chalet also includes a very big yard.
Due to little difficulites during check-in it is only a 4 star rating. The check-in hours online were not the same as confirmed during the booking process. It is mentioned that the host speaks French, English and German, which is not true. The son-in-law speaks a little German……

“A truly lovely property – very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is on site, including a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. If you drive an electric car, you can charge it directly on the premises.
