The front deck staffs are very courteous. The cleaning and breakfast staffs are not so friendly. The breakfast quality is poor and selection is not complete relatively comparison to all the hotels we have been. I think Comfort Suites corporate needs to pay a visit to this location and assess the conditions. They need to clean this branch up because it really put a stain on their brand.

The room was so dark. There was only 1 lamp by the bed and a small lamp on the desk. The bathroom door squeeked. There was pink mold along the bathroom floor. I have stayed at several Comfort Suites. This one surely does not measure up! Would not stay at this location again.

The Conor I f the room was dirty. The staff were not friendly. The night that I arrived I was driving in under the overhead part and f the building. Apparently that is where they park the van. The driver flashed his lights and wanted me to move. I walked in to a desk team member who was in the back office and came out and picked up the phone. I had to wait. The front desk staff did not respond to me quickly every time I needed something. The breakfast food had limitations for a vegan gluten free diet. Not a welcoming environment.
