Ótima opção para ficar em Chapecó. O restaurante foi uma ótima surpresa para o jantar. Cama muito confortável.

É preciso melhorar

Não é a primeira vez que fico no hotel. Nas demais tudo correu normalmente. Mas desta vez ficou claro que o hotel não comporta atendimento com ocupação alta. Havia um evento e uma delegação esportiva no hotel. Pela manhã não havia água quente no chuveiro. Foi necessário esperar uma meia hora para poder usar. Não havia espaço no café da manhã. Faltavam utensílios e itens de reposição também. Conseguir subir/descer pelo elevador foi um martírio. Ficou claro que devem repensar toda logística e estrutura do hotel com alta ocupação. Destaco que a diária do hotel não é ínfima. Pelo contrário.

QUARTO SUJO.

O quarto estava todo sujo, embaixo da cama estava imundo. Solicitei na recepção a limpeza mas não tinha ninguém p limpar. Dormimos com o quarto sujo. Mandei foto e vídeo para o número deixado no quarto para reclamação não tive nenhum retorno. No checkout mostrei as fotos e relatei a situação para a atendente ela me disse que não podia fazer nada pois a reserva foi feita pelo hotes.com se eu tivesse feito direto no hotel eles me reembolsavam. Resumindo paguei 500 e pouco na diária para dormir em um quarto sujo.

Just an overnight stay. It´s was pretty good. The hotel is great. I disliked the fact that they didn´t have valet parking and the soap/shampoo those where you press them, already fixed to the wall;

Decepcionante

Experiência decepcionante, avisamos que a televisão do quarto não estava funcionando assim que fizemos o check in, não tivemos retorno, ligando novamente, pessoal veio até o quarto falando que logo resolveriam, até hoje sem respostas dos mesmos, não pelo fato da televisão em si, mas pelo descaso dos funcionários com um problema de simples solução!

Frustrado, decepcionado não recomendo

Quarto com muito mofo nas paredes, mofo nos armários, forte odor e sujo, optei por um quarto grande com hidro que não deu coragem de utilizar, ficamos muito decepcionados, hotel já foi bom, está em pessimas condições, sem contar que minha esposa amanheceu com o corpo cheio de alergias e brotoejas se coçando inteira, e ouvimos a mesma queixa por outros hóspedes de quartos diferentes.

Hospedagem foi Ok

O sistema para checkin e checkout é bem lento e forma filas gigantes no saguão. Tempo de espera de 45 min em média. Na hospedagem me foi disponibilizado um quarto para acessibilidade, mas minha reserva era para quarto normal e não consegui fazer a troca. O Hotel é bem novo e bonito, mas tem poucas vagas de garagem e somente 2 elevadores que acaba congestionando no horário do café da manhã. O quarto padrão deve ser muito bom, pois no que fiquei atenderia bem uma pessoa com necessidade de acessibilidade. O Café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe atenciosa.

Otimo Hotel se não fosse pela limpeza tirar pontos

Hotel bom, atendimento bom, condições do hotel boas, mas mesmo solicitando a limpeza do chão do quarto por conta de uma estadia de 05 dias, não foi feita ou foi muito mal feita, pois os vestígios de sujeira quando entramos no primeiro dia ainda estavam presentes no ultimo dia.
