"We had a great stay here, lovely quiet area, we found on a last minute stay and it’s a little gem, it’s a short drive to Skegness as that was our intention for the stay however we didn’t mind that, it’s nice that they accommodated for more than 2 children in the room share as we have 3, the owners ..."

room for improvement
"It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby."
